Volunteers: The services provided by Hope in the Streets are made possible through the dedication, support, and commitment of our volunteers. We are so thankful for the time donated by those individuals who want to help the homeless in Kansas City. If you are interested in joining our family of volunteers, send us a note and come out and experience the reward of helping others first hand.
Values Statement: As volunteers, we start from a Christian foundation. We are intensely focused on serving when in the field, always reliable and consistent in our service. We treat each individual and their situation with respect. Humility on our part is vital in order to promote trust and friendship and provide hope. We strive to preserve and build the dignity of those we serve. We greet our friends with smiles, handshakes, and an attentive ear.
